Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKI) is a model organization for social housing production in the world, which builds housing and social reinforcement with its own financing method without taking share from the general budget of State.

TOKİ has made thousands of people host to land with no profit, low installment and long term payment plans. There are about 3 million people living in the houses it has built.

Our administration, which constructed approximately 737,136 houses across the country and produced 9.2 per cent of the annual housing production in Turkey, prioritizes disadvantaged groups (such as martyr family, Malul, disabled and retired).

TOKI, carries out the most comprehensive slum and urban regeneration projects of Turkey in cooperation with local governments in order for people to live in safe buildings and beautiful cities in our country over earthquake zones.

In addition to housing production, big projects such as service buildings required by public institutions, hospitals, health units and security institution buildings, Trade Centers, Schools, Universities, Stadiums and Sports Facilities are constructed by TOKİ.

TORKAM E5 INFORMATION ABOUT DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

This information form has been prepared under processing and transfer of "personal data" of real persons declared under Personal Data Protection Act numbered 6698 ("KVK Law"). Under the law numbered 6698, any current information that you have shared with our company will be deemed "personal data".

The security of your personal data is of great importance to us, and your personal data will be stored in accordance with the conditions stipulated by the legislation, in the safest way possible and as required by legal obligations, under regulatory conditions.

Your personal data in accordance with the Law on the protection of personal information numbered 6698 ("KVK law") will be processed by "data responsible", TORKAM İNŞAAT under the scope described below.

b) The purpose for which your personal data can be processed

Your collected personal data can be processed within the scope of personal data processing conditions and objectives specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698 for below purposes: To perform the obligations of real and legal persons in our company or companies having business relationship with our company, to provide information about updates, to establish and execute contracts with you, to remind and fulfill legal obligations, to perform various advertising and marketing activities, to take your opinion with polls , for identifying products, projects and services that are suitable for you, for developing an effective customer service, for notifying you of any changes that may be of concern to you in the legislation, in-house policies, or making other notices that concern you, for giving gifts and other similar activities, for promotions and campaigns in your favor, for informing you by e-mail, SMS and fax, for informing you of campaigns, caucuses, printed newsletters, magazines, to send articles about the campaign, to determine our visitor profile, for requests, demands and complaints to assess and for execution of the company's human resources policy, demand from you and to answer questions.

c) To whom and for what purpose the personal data that is processed can be transmitted

Your collected personal data are processed in accordance with the principles of law and honesty, correct and when necessary, up to date, specific, clear and legitimate purposes, committed to the purpose for which they are committed, limited and measured, stipulated in the relevant legislation or maintained for the period required for the purpose for which they were processed. In addition, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law; the data can be transmitted under purposes listed under the clause (b) of this statement, indirect / direct domestic / international subsidiaries or, domestic / international / project / program / financing partners, international, public / private institutions and organizations, companies and other third parties, to our subsidiaries, consultants, shareholders or partners, other Group companies, Central Registry Agency and other authorized institutions, suppliers or subcontractors. Your personal data may be obtained by our company through different channels (TORKAME5's head office, branches, agencies, sales offices or other subcontractors or business partners, office and other physical environments, call centers, websites, mobile applications and similar electronic trading platforms, through social media or other publicly available media, by participating in training, conferences and other similar media, by means of investigation or by other group companies or other persons or organizations with whom they have contracted, in written, oral, audio or video recording or other physical or electronic media, etc.). Your personal data may be collected, processed, transferred and stored for the purposes set out in clauses (b) and (c) of this text in accordance with the personal data processing requirements and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of KVK Law.

Your Personal Data is stored in accordance with applicable law for a period of time required by legal obligations or as permitted by applicable legislation.

e) Your rights as a personal data holder

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests about your rights to our Company through the methods set out below, our Company will complete your request as soon as possible and free of charge within thirty days at the latest. However, if a fee is foreseen by Personal Data Protection Law, the fare will be charged at the tariff set in the law. Personal data holders in this context have below rights;
